TheKBase Desktop by Confusionists

TheKBase is a multiple-hierarchical information manager. Each piece of information in a TheKBase file is a "snippet." Each snippet has a title, text, an icon, and a color. Also, snippets can have child snippets (like file folders on your computer). TheKBase is "multiple-hierarchical" in that each snippet can have not just one parent snippet, but several. Multiple-hierarchical data gives you infinite flexibility and ease in your data organization. TheKBase can hold all of your data and uses open standards like XML. Features include search, find, export, merging of KBases, massive snippet creation, color support for snippets, and a properties pane for rapid snippet classification. Also, TheKBase files may be encrypted for security, and exported for compatibility.

Version 3.0 includes increased data support (modified date, searching, and sorting by date), a SnippetInfo pane, spell-check, and unlimited search fields.
