TopmostToggle is a lightweight software application whose purpose is to help you keep your favorite windows on top of other programs. This comes in handy especially when you are giving presentations and need to focus solely on a certain panel.

This is a portable program. You can store it on USB flash drives or other portable devices to have it with you all the time. In addition, you may run it without administrative privileges. How it works

In order to toggle the ‘Stay on top’ attribute of the active window, you need to hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key and right-click on the parget panel with your mouse. The same hotkey and mouse combination can be used for disabling the mode.
Small popup notifications are displayed in the active window, letting you know if the current mode has been activated successfully or not. On the downside, you are not allowed to reassign a user-defined hotkey so you are stuck with the preset options.
