Modern and fluent graphical interface

The application sports a really intuitive and straightforward graphical interface with multiple tools and features at hand. It doesn't come with any customization options, but you wouldn't really need them since the graphical interface is quite fluent and easy-to-use.
It also doesn't have tips or instructions, although it would have been nice if you could get some guidance when using the application for the first time.

Manage your business easily

It comes with the option to create a database with all of your customers, add their names, billing address, date started, routes, boxes and many more. You can also create invoices, set reminders for tasks and print the list of customers and their details.
You can place tickets for tasks that need to be completed, search payments, address customer notes and many more. It comes with the option to set and create routes for each day of the week but you can't print them.

Additional tools and features

You can manage containers and their serial numbers, view container placement and adjust the price. It also lets you assign work orders and manage priorities in the Dispatcher section.
All orders can be printed and you can edit them at any time. It lets you setup a mail service and get emails easily or you can set all sort of reminders. It comes with the option to backup all information on your computer.
All in all, TrashFlow is a neat and straightforward software solution that you could use in order to manage your waste handling business. You can get emails, set reminders, assign orders, manage customers and generate invoices.
