TTclock Description
Time is one of the most important resources that money can't buy. If carefully managed, it can get you a little closer to success whether or not you're part of a business. Constantly keeping track of it, as well as setting alarms and reminders is a handy method which can easily be done with applications like TTclock.
Place a customizable clock on your desktop
The application runs in a pretty compact main window, with available features clearly visible. It only takes a matter of seconds in order to accommodate, due to the simple design and lack of abundance features to overwhelm you.
Exact time is displayed in hours, minutes and seconds in a small window you can customize. Digits and background color can easily be set from the settings menu. Additionally, you can get rid of anything else from the main window and only leave digits available on your desktop, placing them where you see fit.
Set alarms to acoustically alert you
Seeing how its core function is to help you better manage time, it puts several useful tools at your disposal, besides a clock. You are able to set an alarm to acoustically alert you of an important event. However, there is no option to have a message displayed, nor make it recurrent so it can wake you up every morning.
Moreover, a timer and stopwatch are also available and trigger the same sound when the time comes. Unfortunately, you can only put in motion one feature at a time, using the stopwatch, for example, canceling any alarm.
To end with
All in all, TTclock tries to make you realize that time is an important resource. However, it tends to feel a little rough around the edges and limited features keep it far from being a pro. Overall, it's just a pretty alternative to your operating system's time indicator.
