VentaFax Description

VentaFax is a fax software and answering machine software with boasting features and reliability on lay in high-end products, but cheaper and less greedy to the system resources.

It sends and receives faxes, and converts your PC with a fax-modem into a versatile answering machine with remote control. You can retrieve your fax and voice messages from anywhere, using a touch tone telephone. It also provides caller number delivery (caller ID), if supported by your telephone company. You can also record a telephone conversation with just a click of the button.

Whats new in this version:

Version 7.0.202.494 fixed a bug in the implementation of the T.38 protocol that led to consistent degradation of the quality of received fax messages when using certain types of VoIP servers and when fax reception didnt work if Cisco CallManager was used.
