First off, you should know that you can specify the storage folder by selecting it directly from the Downloads tab. After download, you can open or delete the file, rename it or create a new directory where you can move it. While the options are limited, they could come in handy for managing video content that you download in a single day or session.
It would have been nice if the application allowed you to select the video format for your downloads and enabled you to set a name tag for the clips.
