WebcamEffects is a feature-rich application designed to offer a fun and easy method to customize images taken with the built-in or external cameras and personalize them with default masks, hats or frames, as well as record or stream a video using your Twitch, Livestream or Ustream account.

The program is wrapped in a clean and neat interface, consisting of the real-time window with six separate tabs: "Effects", "Sources", "Snapshot", "Options", "Broadcast" and "Security".

Configure the video and broadcasting settings

For the menu, you can select the desired video and audio source, set the frame rate, and configure the video settings (e.g. brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, gamma, exposure, zoom, focus). The "Snapshot" tab lets you capture the screen and save the output to a default location on the PC. As a security measure, you can enable the movement detection feature, which takes a screenshot with the face of the intruder.
