WhoisOnSite allows you provide live help and live customer pre-sales support in real-time directly from your website. Using WhoisOnsite, visitors can engage in online dialog with the Online operator and the operator also can communicate with any visitor in automatic and manual modes. Simply set up the operator preferences and place a HTML link to each page of your Web site. Furthermore, WhoisOnsite offers you to assign operators to departments. Thus, if you have a large Web site with many sections, you may assign different managers to different sections. The program can perform Web site monitoring on-the-fly which means that the operator is able to see visitors of your Web site online, and have a dialog with any of them.
