Uses various overwriting algorithms

WinShred Free provides support for multiple overwriting methods, enabling you to choose the one you want it to use. It can overwrite data with zeros or random data, but you can also opt for a more advanced data destruction methods, such as DOD 3 pass or 7 pass. Alternatively, it can also make use of the 35-pass Gutmann algorithm, which is the strongest data sanitization standard it offers.
