Zulu Time Converter

Zulu Time Converter is a software application that enables you to convert local time to Zulu Time, which is a military standard time zone identical to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Additionally, it displays the following time zones at the same time: Greenwich Mean Time (GMT, also identical to UTC), Eastern Standard Time (EST, which is GMT +8), Central Standard Time (CST, which is GMT -5), Mountain Standard Time (MST, which is GMT -6) and Pacific Standard Time (PST, which is GMT -7).

View local time converted into any known time zone

The tool offers support for all time zones registered until now. The ones that we haven't already mentioned, such as Hawaiian Standard Time, Central Brazilian Standard Time, China Standard Time, Samoa Standard Time, and New Zealand Standard Time can be individually selected from a dropdown menu.
Time is displayed in 12-clock mode (AM/PM) and, unfortunately, there is no option implemented for changing this format to 24-clock mode. The local time can be obtained with the click of a button, up to the second, but it can be automatically refreshed at the frequency of one second.

Lacks richer options and customization preferences

Apart from the fact that it's possible to edit the local time manually and clear all time zones with one click, there are no notable settings available. The program doesn't have features for copying the whole information to the Clipboard, printing or exporting it to file. On top of that, it doesn't provide details regarding the offsets for different time zones.
You should know that .NET Framework must be installed on the machine, in order to get Zulu Time Converter up and running successfully.

Evaluation and conclusion

To sum it up, Zulu Time Converter facilitates a small, yet practical database for viewing local time converted into various time zones, which is useful for people who travel a lot. It left a small footprint on system resources in our tests.
