  • Use weekly timesheet for entering time & comments:
  • Enter hours worked for today and previous days. Add comments to the time you enter. View and print entered time and comments by months.
  • With Accounting Extension you can also enter working time for future dates in advance.
  • The Time-Track In Detail Report implemented in Accounting & Management Extensions provides detailed and customized view of the reported time and comments.
  • Track working time on by-customer and by-project basis:
  • actiTIME supports three-level hierarchy: tasks are packed into projects; projects are associated with customers.
  • The number of customers, projects, and tasks is not limited.
  • Terms customer, project, and/or task do not fit your process? You can rename each level of the time-tracking hierarchy to meet your precise needs.
  • With Management Extension you can restrict access by projects and assign project teams.
  • Track time off and sick leaves:
  • Register time offs and sick leaves along with hours worked. Review the entered information in the Staff Output and Leave Time Reports.
  • With the Management & Accounting Extensions you can create an unlimited number of leave types and generate Leave Time reports.
  • Enter & modify time and comments on behalf of other users:
  • actiTIME allows the users with the corresponding access rights to see, enter and modify time-track information on behalf of other users.
  • It is performed through the same interface which is used for personal time-tracking.
  • Track overtime and undertime:
  • actiTIME calculates overtime / undertime values as the difference between time expenses reported by a user for a particular day and workday duration specified for this user.
  • The calculated values are shown in the interfaces for entering time and in the Overtime Report.
  • You can turn off tracking of undertime hours in the system settings.
  • With Accounting Extension you can define hourly user rates for overtime hours

  • Specify task estimates & Track project progress:
  • actiTIME allows you to specify time estimates for the tasks and then compare reported working time with estimates using the Estimated vs. Actual Time Report.
  • Estimates are specified on the tasks level and then summed up for customers and projects.
  • Do not use time estimates in your everyday work? You can easily turn off this feature in the system settings.
  • Generate Overtime & Leave Time reports:
  • These two reports provide you with information on overtime and leave time reported by actiTIME users within the selected date range.
  • Information shown in the report can be grouped by users and by dates.

  • All actiTIME reports allow grouping of report records using up to 4 grouping levels. The grouping options include customers, projects, billing types, dates, users.
  • Using these grouping options you can analyze the same data set from the different points of view. For example, you can create a report with records grouped by customers, projects, and tasks and then create another report for the same data with records grouped by bylling types and users.
  • You can also create reports for a specific date range and filter report data by customers, projects, and users.
  • Save & restore report parameters using named report configurations:
  • actiTIME users can save configurations of report parameters individually for each of the reports. This allows you to avoid configuring report parameters each time you want to generate a report.
  • Saved report configurations are public and available for all users who have access to the corresponding report.
  • Export report data in the CSV format for viewing in external programs:
  • All reports generated by actiTIME may be exported in CSV format for further analysis and/or for importing to other software.
  • For example, you can open the exported reports in the Microsoft Excel.
  • View & print personal time reports:
  • actiTIME users can view their personal time reports by months.
  • Time reports for the selected month can be printed out and signed
  • Define access rights individually for each user, restrict access to the information on reported time and comments on by-project basis.
  • Name task hierarchy levels to match your organization terminology:
