By accessing the ‘Employee’s Profile’ option from the main window, you are able to insert personal data for each user such as name, address, phone number and daily rate, select the  position, the status, the division, the payment method and the hire date. This way, you are able to organize your staff according to your needs. Additionally, you can add a new division and list all of the available employees.
In case you want to manage all the users along with their passwords, you can access the Security option from where you can easily add a new user or edit the current one by modifying its name or password.
The Payroll section enables you to view the working hours, the total amount of deducted money and the generated income for each employee. In this manner, you can organize all the payments in a more intuitive way.
Using the Reports option you can generate three types of documents namely ‘Voucher’, ‘Payroll Summary’ and ‘List of Employees’. You can also change the covered period according to your needs.
