Apex PDF Merger is an easy to use application, designed to help users in combining multiple PDF files into a single document.

A single button backed up by a few side functions

The “Merge PDF” button is used to process documents; however, there are a few auxiliary features that the software uses to do this job.
Adding source documents is done either by drag and drop, or by manually specifying files. Folders can also be targeted, which makes loading multiple files located in the same directory a breeze.

The order can be changed without reloading source documents

A notable program function is that users can change the order of the source PDFs. This effectively changes the layout of the output file from within Apex PDF Merger.
In case some documents need to be discarded from the list, a “Remove file” button exists. The whole list can be cleared by using the “Remove all” option.

A simple and convenient interface

The program features a very clean interface containing only the necessary buttons and menus. The buttons needed to combine PDFs are conveniently located to the right of the main window that lists source documents. The same functions can be found in the “File” menu.
The main window contains the source PDF list. Apex PDF Merger displays the file name, password (where applicable), number of pages and path of each entry. All columns can be resized according to user preference, although the main window size is locked in.

All in all, the program is a very good resource for basic PDF merging issues. The application supports password encrypted documents and users have the ability to change the order in which source files are processed. Users will find this software great for simple PDF combination operations.
