coverXP Pro Description
coverXP Pro is a powerful Windows tool that helps you print CD and DVD labels and covers with just a few clicks.
The ace up its sleeve is definitely the support for a wide array of paper types and sizes, which makes the application appropriate for almost any cover printing job.
The interface may seem a bit overwhelming at the first glance since it provides so many features, but it's actually a very nice way to interact with the user.
The program gives you the choice to edit both the front and the right covers at the same time, if you need such a feature of course, with numerous templates included in the standard package.
You can for example create the front and back covers for audio CDs, DVD covers, mini disc labels and many other projects.
Besides the fact that you can fully customize any given template, coverXP Pro also comes with a few options, so you can enable cut and fold lines, border around the cover, set up spines directions and configure the standard file dialog.
As for adjustments, the available options include custom cover x and y offsets, space between covers, cover size ratio, printer adjust x and y values. A preview window is of course included to see live changes.
It may take a while to figure out how to use the application, not necessarily because it's difficult to use, but because of the number of features that are hidden under the hood. A comprehensive manual is however included in the package if you need it.
All in all, coverXP Pro is a handy software solution and it works okay on all Windows versions on the market, running on low resources quite fine.
