Easy Email Extractor

Easy Email Extractor is a small-sized, portable and free program whose purpose is to extract email addresses from URLs and documents with multiple formats, such as TXT, CSV, XLS, DOC, and XML. It is very simple to use, since it does not integrate configurable settings.

Run it on the fly

The setup process can be skipped with ease and thus, you can drop the executable file somewhere on the disk and click it to run. It is also possible to save Easy Email Extractor to a USB flash disk or similar storage device, in order to run it on any computer seamlessly.
Another important aspect worth mentioning is that Windows Registry does not receive new updates, and traces are not left behind on the hard disk after removing the program.

Straightforward GUI and save results to a TXT

The app is wrapped in a user-friendly interface, consisting of a single window with a plain layout and few options. You can load one or more files into the workspace using the file browser (the drag-and-drop support is not featured), or enter a URL.
Easy Email Extractor immediately saves a plain text document with extracted email addresses, as long as they have a valid format (name, host, domain), and opens it on task completion. You can also access the target location in Explorer from the main panel. There are no other options available for this tool.

Performance and conclusion

We have noticed a minimal resources usage consumption during Easy Email Extractor's runtime, so it does not affect the overall performance. It carries out an extract job rapidly and without error. We have not come across any issues throughout our evaluation. Although it does not include advanced options, Easy Email Extractor appeals to all users, thanks to its overall simplicity and effectiveness.
