Free MP3 Cutter

Free MP3 Cutter is an application with a pretty self-explanatory title - it allows you to trim your audio tracks with the MP3 extension. It can be easily used by all users.
The interface of the program is clean and simple to navigate through. You can import an MP3 file by using either the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is not allowed.
So, you can check out the source path of the track, preview it in a built-in media player and mark the start and end position by moving a slider and pressing two buttons.
Furthermore, you can adjust the volume, preview the respective selection in a built-in audio player and save it by specifying the filename and destination.
The lightweight software runs on a very low amount of system resources (which is barely noticeable), has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep the original sound quality after trimming. No errors have occurred during our tests and Free MP3 Cutter did not freeze or crash.
On the other hand, there is no help file available and Free MP3 Cutter doesn't offer additional splitting methods (e.g. into equal-sized or equal-timed parts). Nevertheless, we recommend this tool to all users who prefer a straightforward application.
