Graphical overview of all rental units and their occupancy (graphical reservation schedule)
Simple vacancy search within a specified booking time frame (availability query) with automatic computation of available units in the individual categories
Direct input of individual or group bookings by marking them on the graphical reservation schedule
Object management of a large number of rentable units within a flatrate license (e.g. multiple houses as well as their rooms, apartments, etc.)
Guest management with easy search function and correspondence, allowing for effortless communication with individuals, companies, groups by mail and email (incl. guest notes, booking history and correspondence archive)
Generation of offers, confirmations and invoices directly from within the booking software (see guest correspondence)
Booking list in which you can view all bookings (incl. search and sort functions) with search filters, e.g. for bookings with expired deadlines and new online bookings.
