PDF2QBO

PDF2QBO is a simple to use application designed to help you convert the financial data from PDFs to QuickBooks compatible files. The tool allows you to transfer the information from PDFs to a format that can be edited with financial management applications. Moreover, it allows you to import information from the clipboard.

Map columns and recognize values

PDF2QBO is capable of extracting the transaction records from the PDF statements and map it into a specific type of table. You can select the type of transactions are recorded in the source file, by choosing the proper option from the ‘Account Type’ drop down menu. You may thus manage checking, savings, credit card transactions, credit lines or investment accounts.
The program supports handling transactions in several currencies, including Us, Australian, Canadian or New Zealand Dollar, Euro, UK Pound and Brazil Real. Optionally, you can enter the end balance, which is reflected in the output file.

Quick conversion tool

PDF2QBO allows you to import data from specific types of PDFs or the clipboard. It can automatically map the values in the proper columns in case you load a PDF, otherwise, you need to manually perform the column matching. Additionally, you can easily modify the column mapping even when the task is automatically performed.
The data is displayed in the application’s interface before you can export it to *.qbo format for you to make the necessary changes. The program allows you to add or remove rows from the current configuration, using the dedicated option, Change +/-, at the bottom of the window.

Conversion configuration, at close hand

PDF2QBO allows you to preview the data imported from the clipboard in a separate tab, as a table or in raw formatting. The program is designed to recognize transaction records, however, you may enable the option that allows the program to parse the files as they are. Moreover, you may change the bank ID format or the account number.
