It displays pictures in the form of thumbnails, making it easier to navigate through them.

Create slideshows

You can rotate images and mark the ones that you like the most. The size of thumbnails can be adjusted  easily using the bar on the screen. It also has a search bar for finding files faster and you can make some adjustments to your images.
It lets you change brightness, contrast, saturation, focus, apply filters on images and even overlays. Photos can be sorted by date, import order, file name and rating.
You can also create slideshows easily and adjust the time interval between photos. All in all, Photodali is a very neat application that you could use in order to manage your pictures, edit and apply various filters.
