Skytie Notes Description
Skytie Notes is a small software application whose purpose is to help you stick notes to your screen using just a few clicks.
Simple looks
You are welcomed by a clean and intuitive working environment that allows you to carry out most operations with minimal effort. Everything is kept as simple and clear as possible, so there’s support for only a few dedicated parameters that you can play with.
Main features
Skytie Notes gives you the possibility to pin multiple sticky notes to the screen. Plus, you can move the selected note to the desired desktop position with the aid of the drag-and-drop support.
By default, the sticky notes are placed on top of other windows, and you are allowed to type in the text message directly into the primary panel or paste the information from the clipboard. What’s more, the tool integrates hotkeys for helping you carry out basic editing operations (cut, copy, paste).
Performance
During our testing we have noticed that Skytie Notes carries out a task quickly and without errors. It leaves a minimal footprint on system resources, so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
Where it falls short
On the downside, Skytie Notes doesn’t come packed with any advanced features. You cannot set up reminders, encrypt notes by specifying a custom password, perform search operations, print the current information, send data via email, create user-defined groups and configure the default settings for the new notes, reassign hotkeys, and create backups, just to name a few suggestions.
Bottom line
All in all, Skytie Notes proves to be a simplistic piece of software that comes bundled with limited features for helping you stick notes to your screen.
