Small Auction DBs

Small Auction DBs will help you simplify Settlements, using only one number per participant to both buy and sell. Some error checking operates, such as you cannot List or Save data not created, or sell lots that have not been allocated Sellers.
All entries / corrections are made using option 1, the first time of use a filename will be requested. The initial procedure will be to either Retrieve previous data, or allocate Sellers to Lots, then when the auction starts, enter the Price and Buyer number.
As every 10th buyer is logged, all current data will be automatically saved. To enter a stream of Sellers or Buyers press S or B. If you use the Setup you can set a minimum value of more than say £2 for sales, then the proceeds of all sales below £3 will automatically be allocated to seller 0 for the onganisers of the Auction.
You can interrupt sales to Check the position of a Seller / Buyer and produce a printout, a record is kept of which ones have been accessed. The Setup option also allows you to alter other parameters such as the commission charged.
