TakeABreak is a small software application whose purpose is to help you manage your computer working hours and breaks.
Its aim is to help you remember to step away from the computer and take breaks. By default, the utility displays a popup message every 20 minutes telling you that you should take a break for 20 seconds.

TakeABreak gives you the possibility to reveal popup notifications at a user-defined time. Additionally, you may select between several preset time values.
What’s more, you are allowed to specify the break time, play a sound notification when a break starts/ends, as well as run the utility at Windows startup. A smart feature bundled in this tool enables you to turn off the screen every ten seconds until you stop using the computer.
During our testing we have noticed that TakeABreak carries out a task, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such a small utility, it remains light on system resources, so it doesn’t hamper computer performance, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.
