This displays the current temperature, in Celsius, on a mercury thermometer.
To get the weather in your city, go to weather.yahoo.com, search for your location, and grab the code out of the url (for example, http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/[LOCATION].html where [LOCATION] is the code), then put that code in the preferences.
