Windows XP Service Pack 2 Support Tools is a complex collection of tools that allow users to diagnose and solve both ordinary and less common computer issues.
It is aimed at advanced users that have previous knowledge and experience in Windows troubleshooting and can be run only on Windows XP (the name gives it away) installed on x86 architectures (support for 64-bit platforms has not been implemented).
It has been on the market for longer than we can remember, which means the tools encased inside it fall under the ‘oldies’ category, but this is not to say that they’re not effective.

Before you deploy the package on your system, keep in mind that uninstalling previous version is highly recommended in order to prevent compatibility issues.
Truth be told, Windows XP Service Pack 2 Support Tools made quite an impression during the time Windows XP made all the headlines. It can still come in handy for users who remained faithful to the old OS, but present times are about more modern technologies.
