It doesn't come with any customization options, but it does have lots of tips and instructions on how to use the application and its features.

Join and split audio files

It supports multiple file formats, including mp3, mp2, mp4, wav, ogg, aiff, wma, m4a, flac or wv. You simply need to load a file in order to make changes on it. It comes with the option to preview audio files using the built-in media player.
You can create clips, split long speeches or songs from one file in to individual files. It allows you to join many files in to one large file. Each split file can have Title, Track Number, Album, Artist and Genre added to the file when the splits are saved.

Additional features and tools

It allows you to join multiple files together and you can add silence to either section inside the audio file. You simply need to pick the start and end position for adding silence. When you're done working on your file, you can save the resulted audio track or the splits.
All in all, Audio Splitter / Joiner is a simple and neat application for splitting and joining files on your computer. However, it would have been nice if it had some more tools and features.
