CRD Description

Schedule reports to run at a specific date and time or Hourly, Daily, Week Days, Weekly or Monthly. Or set up your own custom frequency calendars.
Export Crystal reports to many file formats including Microsoft Word, Rich Text (RTF), Excel (XLS), HTML, PDF, Text, RPT, CSV, XML and lots more
Email your Crystal report (CC and BCC too!) using SMTP, Outlook, Exchange, MAPI or CRDMail.
Print your Crystal report.
Schedule your report to print to multiple printers (Bulk Printing)
Send your Crystal report to a local or network folder or directory.
Transfer your Crystal report to an FTP folder or destination.
Fax your Crystal report.
Run custom actions before your Crystal report is exported.
Run custom actions after the report export has completed.
The same report can be scheduled to be run multiple times with different parameters (discreet and ranges), formats, frequency and destinations.
"Dynamic" schedules will reel through a database, automatically populate parameter values, and send reports to the corresponding email address from a database.
