FFmpeg Special Build Description

FFmpeg Special Build includes windows ffmpeg binary which is supporting webm (VP8) conversion in both direction. Because I needed more converters I have prepared my one build which I will share with you now. Please use only for personal utilization, if you need for business purpose please ask help or create your one build.
