Free Image Converter is a software application which helps people convert their images from one format to another, with support for a large number of file types, including BMP, JPG, GIF, ICO, TIF, PSD, PNG, TGA and VTF.
This utility is portable, which means the Windows registry will remain as it is, and if you copy the program files to a USB flash drive, you can run it on any computer you have access to, by simply clicking the executable.

Once you are finished tweaking photo parameters, you can select the output directory and click the “Convert” button. A new window pops up showing a progress bar, so as to estimate the remaining time.
This process can last from a few seconds to minutes, depending on the number of files you have uploaded, the changes made to them, their size and your computer’s performance.
