Noria Port Viewer Description
Noria Port Viewer is a tiny and portable Windows program with a simple goal in mind. It displays all active ports and lets you analyze details.
The app does not comprise advanced settings, making it accessible to everyone, even those with no kind of experience in network utilities.
Since this is portable, installation is not required, meaning that you can put the program files somewhere on the hard disk and just click the EXE item to run the app.
An alternative is to save Noria Port Viewer to a pen drive or similar mass storage device, to be able to run it on any PC directly, without installing anything beforehand.
What's worth taking into consideration is that the Windows registry does not get updated with new keys (as it usually happens with installers), and no additional files are created on the disk, leaving it clean after program removal.
The intuitive interface is represented by a standard window with a clear-cut structure. A list with the process ID, number, status and full path of each active port is shown at startup. Noria Port Viewer integrates a button for refreshing this information. However, it is not possible to copy entries to the Clipboard or to export the entire list to an external file for closer inspection and safekeeping.
Noria Port Viewer does not hog system resources, since it runs on very low CPU and RAM. It shows accurate information and works fine, without causing the OS to hang, crash or pop up errors. All in all, Noria Port Viewer serves its purpose and can be used by anyone.
