You start off in the encrypt tab. Here you can start writing a message in the edit area, drop a TXT file over the main window, or use the browse dialog to open a text file. Before text gets encrypted, you need to provide a password, which is best to remember, because it’s required to decrypt text. A related option can reveal password characters.

Save options, and decryption

Encrypted text is generated at the press of a button in a field which can’t be edited in order to prevent accidents. For more comfort, a dedicated option sends encrypted text to clipboard to paste it wherever needed. On the other hand, you can save encrypted text under special formats like DAT, XSC, or MSP.
In order to decrypt text, you need to switch to the corresponding tab. If doing so on a different computer, the application needs to be installed. You can either load source from an existing file, or simply paste the encrypted text. Needless to say that the password also needs to be provided.
