It lets you change the image format and pick from available options. You can adjust file quality, rotate images, flip vertically or horizontally. You can also specify custom width and height in order to resize images. It comes with the option to apply grayscale effect on your files.
All in all, Free Image Converter and Resizer is a small and simple application for converting images to some available formats and making some minor changes to them.
